The incumbent will maintain and develop positive client relationships by providing exceptional service with a focus on facilitating and promoting an early and safe return to work. Key accountabilities include coaching employers to refine their claims reporting process, building Stay at/Return to Work programs, influencing Case Managers to progress complex or stalling files, and seeking out cost relief opportunities.\n\nThis is a remote role within Canada.
