Provide outstanding customer service to our clientele by answering their questions and by recommending the appropriate items to complete customer's projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>This position will be performed onsite at our store. Remote work is not available for this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Outcomes for Success</strong></p><ul><li>In conjunction with the Store Manager, responsible for the operational performance of their assigned department</li><li>Assists customers with product information, selection and purchase. Offers solutions for out of stock items</li><li>Maintains department inventory, including cycle counts, in an effort to maximize sales and inventory turn.</li><li>Ensures safety at all times</li><li>Assists in training department and store personnel in your assigned functions, including sales and customer service techniques.</li><li>Ensures the appearance of the store’s interior and exterior are maintained to standards.</li><li>Empowered to direct the work of others by assigning tasks, creating schedules, communicating priorities, and motivating the team.</li><li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Benefits are an important part of overall compensation.
