This is a role for someone who deeply understands customer pain points, especially around banking services, and is passionate about solving them. You'll work across a fast-moving, cross-functional team and be expected to use AI tools extensively as part of how you work every day. Most importantly, you have felt the pain of using banking, credit, or debit cards and want to solve problems for millions of customers. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own and evolve the product roadmap from core bank-like features: new types of accounts,  credit and debit cards, and account management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deeply understand customer pain points through data, support tickets, user interviews, and direct feedback  and translate those insights into product decisions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with design, engineering, compliance, and customer success to ship features that meaningfully improve the customer experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Use AI tools extensively to accelerate research, prioritization, documentation, and analysis fluency in AI-assisted workflows is expected</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Utilize LLMs to generate prototype applications and experiences in order to accurately communicate your vision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories that keep the customer at the center</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor product performance metrics and synthesize findings into actionable next steps </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Stay close to the competitive neo banking landscape and bring fresh thinking to the team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications and Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">1–3 years of experience in product management, customer success, operations, customer service, or a related role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A genuine obsession with customer experience — you think in journeys, not system flows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ability to tell a good story.
