Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsible for the efficient and orderly cleaning and servicing of all guest rooms as assigned. Must be flexible to work a varied shift, including overnight, weekends, and holidays based on the business demands.</p> \n<strong><u>Examples of Duties</u><u>, includes but is not limited to the following</u>:</strong>\n<strong> </strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean assigned rooms daily.</li>\n <li>Service all stay over rooms by changing sheets and pillow covers daily and replenishing towels and amenities as needed.</li>\n <li>Clean all check out (vacant, dirty) rooms thoroughly by changing sheets, pillow covers, bath rugs, and towels and replenishing amenities as needed.</li>\n <li>Provide guests with extra towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, note pads, etc., when requested.</li>\n <li>Fold linen daily.</li>\n <li>Load cart per specifications.</li>\n <li>Transport caddie containing supplies, brushes, and rags daily.</li>\n <li>Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations.</li>\n <li>Must be able to clean at least 14 rooms everyday.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests. </li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large resort. </li>\n</ul>",
