This role drives continuous pouch line flow, packaging integrity, labor efficiency, food safety compliance, sanitation execution, and profitability through disciplined execution of Manufacturing Standard Practices (MSPs), the Food Safety &amp; Quality Management System (FSQMS), and key performance indicators (KPIs). This leader will be responsible for the pouch-floor execution and is fully accountable for results on their shift at our TomaTek plant in Firebaugh, CA.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">For additional information, please see our &ldquo;About Us&rdquo; text-align: justify;\">Directly supervise pouch packaging personnel and provide hands-on training in machine operation, standardized work, yield control, and quality verification.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Lead pouch line start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns to maximize run efficiency and minimize waste.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Coordinate with the Pouch Production Manager to plan daily production execution, prioritize SKUs, and remove operational barriers.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Monitor real-time production performance including run rates, downtime, scrap, giveaway, labor efficiency, and quality compliance.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Verify pouch machine settings including heat seal temperature, dwell time, pressure, fill weights, and coding accuracy.</li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Requirements</strong>:<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in manufacturing, or related field; Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Three years&rsquo; experience in food manufacturing or packaging manufacturing, preferably in a food processing environment.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">One year&rsquo;s experience in a supervisory or management role.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word and effective verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
