If you are creative, adaptive, and talented, then you might have found a home with us!</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong> The Driver/Installer ensures the success of special events for our clients. This can include tradeshows, conferences, conventions, and other unique events. The Driver/Installer will have an opportunity to represent our company, working with others, ensuring effective installations and take-downs, working with clients, our warehouse, operations, and sales. This person must be able to think on their feet, use good judgement, take care of fellow &nbsp;team members, and provide outstanding customer service to our clients.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p>At Minimum Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Works with warehouse staff to ensure the right items are brought together and safely loaded onto our box truck.</li><li>Drives items to client sites, safely and on time, obeying all rules of the road.</li><li>Unloads vehicle, setting up displays, furniture, and other items as required.</li><li>Sets up items according to predetermined floor plans, usually working with fellow Blueprint Studios employees, or contracted staffing firms.</li><li>Upholds the highest standards of quality control during installations of events and strikes (takedowns).</li><li>Serves as one of the company Ambassadors who will be interacting with Clients and Customers during assigned installations and strikes.</li><li>Must be proactive to ensure all event installations are set within the contract timeline or earlier based on client requirements.</li><li>Ensures the use of proper field operations equipment (tools, supplies, par-inventories), reporting any missing items or items in need of repair.</li><li>Must be able to be very organized and complete all paperwork for assigned field operations production books when needed.</li><li>Maintains exceptional professional levels of customer service skills and exemplary compliance.</li><li>Exemplifies clear organizational skills and solution-driven management (sets example).</li><li>Must attend all mandatory monthly operations or other meeting.</li><li>Check-in and out with client/venue always; Always provide business cards and phone contact.</li><li>Must have a valid license with a good driving record.</li><li>Must be able to read, complete and provide feedback on department-related reports.</li><li>Ensures furniture, fixtures, and other equipment is kept in ideal appearance and working order.</li><li>Experience and knowledge to solve problems and work independently, using good judgment.</li><li>Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and legally.</li><li>This position does require flexibility with schedule including overtime and weekend hours.</li><li>Note: This position does not require a CDL license.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p>At Minimum Training, Education &amp; Experience</p><ul><li>Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma and or Equivalent</li><li>Must be minimum age of 25 years old</li><li>A minimum of 2-3 years in event management related operations is preferred.</li><li>Experience with audio/visual equipment a plus.</li><li>Preferred experience in Warehouse or Event Management</li><li>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license and a clean driving record.</li><li>You must be able to speak proficiency and to provide written reports and feedback to management.</li><li>Must be very organized, detail-oriented and team success driven.</li><li>Must be flexible and adaptable to consent fast pace environment.</li><li>Computer skills to include email and Microsoft Office software and Google Docs.</li><li>Need to be flexible in work schedule and able to work on weekend if needed.</li><li>Must be able to successfully complete a post-offer drug test and background check.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>Work Environment/ Physical Demands</p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
