We are growing...43 stores across WI, IL, IA, MI!\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Small Engine Technician performs a wide range of services and duties in our Small Engine Service Center. This can include, but is not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnosing, assembling, and repairing in all small engine products sold at Blain’s Farm & Fleet stores.</li>\n <li>Customer service interactions</li>\n <li>Attending annual small engine repair training seminars</li>\n <li>Ordering, receiving, and stocking small engine parts</li>\n <li>Delivering and picking up small engine equipment</li>\n <li>Assisting customer’s with warranty claims</li>\n <li>Maintaining store facility and equipment (such as forklifts and lawn mowers)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>A successful applicant must:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be able to learn to use our Part Smart website to find replacement small engine parts</li>\n <li>Be 18 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Possess a valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks</li>\n <li>Be able to speak and read English</li>\n <li>Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other helpful traits of a successful applicant are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior automotive maintenance experience</li>\n <li>Prior customer service experience</li>\n <li>Prior Retail experience</li>\n <li>An ability to speak and read Spanish</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Organized, safe, and smart work habits</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Class</h2>Retail Store",
