font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Oversee all production activities across all shifts to ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Manage daily manufacturing operations including printing, finishing, converting, and packaging processes.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate production schedules to maximize efficiency, machine utilization, and labor performance.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor workflow and address production bottlenecks to minimize downtime and delays.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure proper staffing levels for all shifts and production areas.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Collaborate with scheduling, customer service, warehouse, and quality departments to maintain production flow and on-time delivery performance.</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Support and enforce company quality management system (QMS) procedures and GMP requirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Work closely with Quality Assurance to investigate and resolve quality issues and corrective actions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Promote compliance with all safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Continuous Improvement</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;
