This is not a remote/hybrid position and will be based in a Turner office or project location. Position Description: Coordinate and supervise surveying tasks and resources throughout project lifecycle. Essential Duties Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise surveying tasks throughout project duration. /li> Identify drawing discrepancies within building layout. /li> Establish baseline-building controls and work points; calculate, coordinate, and layout points with accuracy, based on project documents. /li> Ensure coordinated work between trades utilizing discipline contract drawings, shop drawings, and submittals. /li> Conduct As-Built Surveys and prepare electronic data for submission to owner. /li> Engage, interact, and coordinate work with other trades. /li> Conduct daily inspection of surveying equipment and track equipment calibrations. /li> Perform maintenance and clean surveying equipment to ensure equipment is ready for next day’s work. /li> Inventory and order surveying supplies. /li> Ensure security of equipment while conducting surveying operations. /li> Develop and submit project billings based on established service rates and actual services performed. /li> Develop work schedules and crew assignments. /li> Assist with overall site safety and quality programs and ensure compliance of trade employees and subcontractors in accordance Turner standards, applicable safety codes, regulations, and jobsite security. /li> Complete time sheets, production tracking/management, extra work tickets, daily construction reports, and required safety paperwork daily, as directed. /li> Demonstrate leadership qualities, promote teamwork in daily operations, and maintain positive working relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees. /li> Supervise employees, address complaints, resolve problems, develop trade employees, provide timely feedback, and contribute to or complete performance appraisals. /li> Travel and accommodate night and weekend work as needed. /li> Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
