ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions since its establishment in 1975.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Check out what we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to insurance available at 31 days of employment</li>\n <li>Low-cost Medical Insurance options, starting at $5 per week</li>\n <li>Dental and Vision Insurance options</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account</li>\n <li>401(k) with company match</li>\n <li>HSA and Flexible Spending Account</li>\n <li><strong>Company provided vehicle with gas card, cell phone and laptop</strong></li>\n <li>Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay</li>\n <li>Company paid life insurance</li>\n <li>Learn more by visiting www.myarsrewards.com/ </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruit, train, and direct all personnel within the retail sales program to obtain daily/weekly specified lead goals.</li>\n <li>Manage hourly/daily associates performance, schedules and activities to achieve service center goals.</li>\n <li>Hold weekly associate meetings to inform, educate, and motivate individual team members.</li>\n <li>Provide individual and team progress updates vs. goals.</li>\n <li>Provide training on technical issues affecting the retail program (seasonal changes, IAQ materials, HVAC equipment, etc.).</li>\n <li>Create competitive atmosphere between associates with internal contests for leads or challenges to a neighboring branch such as a “race” to a pre-determined goal, etc.</li>\n <li>Spend 60-65% of time in the field with SSAs and retail store management.</li>\n <li>Meet and / or exceed all ARS-Rescue Rooter established departmental business performance standards for lead generation, staffing, and leads run.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain positive, direct, working relationships with retail store personnel and retail store area management.</li>\n <li>Meet with retail store managers and/or home services team members to provide performance updates and notify of schedule or staffing changes.</li>\n <li>Schedule and implement planned store “events”, being sure to involve Store Management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and prior work experience is desired.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required.</li>\n <li>Must have two years of demonstrated sales experience.</li>\n <li>The ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision is also required.</li>\n <li>This job requires the ability to read and interpret training material.</li>\n <li>Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>*</em></strong><em>This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
