The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the resort's facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding to guest requests with efficiency and professionalism.</p><p>As the<strong>&#xa0;Maintenance Technician 1,</strong>&#xa0;you will:</p><ul><li>Execute engineering projects as assigned by resort leadership, ensuring timely and efficient completion.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance tasks to maintain the optimal functionality of resort facilities and equipment.</li><li>Complete basic maintenance tasks, including painting, caulking, and repairing wall damage.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues related to toilets, tubs, jacuzzis, showers, faucets, and sinks.</li><li>Reset circuit breakers and GFCIs, replace bulbs, and measure voltage using appropriate tools.</li><li>Install, replace, and troubleshoot TVs, remotes, and other electronics to ensure proper operation.</li><li>Diagnose and repair appliances, replace minor components, and assist with full appliance replacements as necessary.</li><li>Actively engage in procurement and inventory management to ensure that materials and tools are always available.</li><li>Utilize resort operations devices and software (e.g., HotSOS) efficiently for reporting and communication.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards.</li><li>Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance the overall guest experience and resort operations.</li></ul>",
