The Project Center team are responsible for maintaining all of their own customers from their initial Quote through to an Invoiced sale, and will work 1:1 with the customers to fulfill their project purchasing needs!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Project Center team get the best of both worlds having the ability to work with both Contractors and Retail Homeowners on many different types of home projects. Projects that may include but are not limited to; Windows, Interior/Exterior/Storm/Garage Overhead Doors, Decking, Siding, Roofing, Shed or Garage Additions, and more!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Full Time 40+ Hours per week</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Discretionary profit share after one year of employment</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Understand the marketplace and know product features</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Work to meet prospect customers’ needs</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Effective closing technique</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Quote follow up- quote to order conversion</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Share expertise with others</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Curtis Lumber we embrace a culture of accountability and safety.
