You will be working on a team handling complex, high-stakes commercial litigation disputes, so you possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team while also managing multiple matters simultaneously and taking ownership of cases. You pride yourself on your strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 to 5 years of litigation experience; gained at a law firm</li>\n <li>Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills</li>\n <li><p>Experience practicing in federal and state court</p></li>\n <li>Admitted, and in good standing, to the Florida Bar</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who We Are</h2>\n<p>With over 1,000 attorneys and professionals, Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world.
