As our business continues to grow with large projects currently underway and a significant pipeline into \n<strong>2026, </strong>we are adding several new hires to support our active and upcoming work. \n<strong>You must live in the </strong>\n<strong>New England Region.</strong> \n<strong>Project Pursuit</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the development of proposals</li>\n <li>Support all stages of the RFP process, including feasibility and constructability</li>\n <li>Support presentations to potential clients</li>\n <li>Develop bid schedule options and project logistics</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Project Preparation</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Deploy best practices in the development of key project guidelines and milestones</li>\n <li>Partner with estimating, project management, and other key stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support Project teams in the development of Baselines</li>\n <li>Incorporate Shawmut’s lessons learned to support allocations of resources, durations, and logic</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Project Scheduling</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with project teams to ensure every project is set up with a viable schedule, including procurement and required submittals</li>\n <li>Transition project to construction phase activities</li>\n <li>Prepare concise monthly schedule narratives</li>\n <li>Work with operations to review schedule progress on active projects</li>\n <li>Participate, drive, and facilitate team schedule updates to verify performance against the plan</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with project teams to identify impact(s) to critical path(s). Review results with Scheduling Director and Con Ops / Field Ops staff as required</li>\n <li>Develop recovery plans, as required by contract terms and conditions</li>\n <li>Mitigate risks and increase visibility, communication and accountability for all Stakeholders</li>\n <li>Provides schedule oversight throughout the construction process of projects that have been awarded.</li>\n <li>On a monthly basis, audit all schedules for conformance to SDC Guidelines and industry standards</li>\n <li>Analyze impacts early on to reduce or eliminate potential risk.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Resources’ Development</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Coach construction operations’ staff and bring added value in support of their operations.</li>\n <li>Be well versed in contractual requirements. Partner with IT to dovetail with Technical Training Efforts for software usage.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Regional Reporting</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain Regional Reporting on Project Performance, SOP's and Risk</li>\n <li>Gather, organize and apply Project Lessons Learned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of scheduling experience, with advanced Primavera P6 experience required, working at a General Contractor</li>\n <li>You must live in the <strong>New England Region.</strong></li>\n <li>Be well-versed in contractual scheduling requirements for municipal and State projects</li>\n <li>Experience tracking RFIs and Change Order Requests in the monthly progress updates</li>\n <li>Experience in analyzing impacts due to changes</li>\n <li>Experience in supporting the development of construction claims</li>\n <li>Experience developing Time Impact Analysis (TIA) in support of entitlement for Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs)</li>\n <li>Strong presentation skills</li>\n <li>Ability to travel in the <strong>New England Region.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Information</h2>\n<p>Shawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.</p>\n<h2>Salary Range Information</h2>\n<p><strong>Boston Base Salary Range</strong>: <strong>$140,000 – $180,000 </strong>The range stated is specific to New England Placement.
