This includes setting and obtaining sales and fee income goal, conducting sales meetings and training, and coaching staff to encourage sales behavior and team cooperation.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->May perform personal banking duties including advising customers of all bank services, opening new accounts, teller functions, may accept loan applications and makes recommendations for approval.&nbsp; Assists in approving or denying other personal banker’s loans.&nbsp; Responsible for collecting and monitoring past due and charge offs.</li><li><!--block-->Responsible for assisting with supervising employees to meet branch goals.&nbsp; This is accomplished by assigning work, taking actions to ensure quality work for customers, conducting performance reviews, recommending salary actions, and providing training for staff.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Promotes bank services by making outside calls to potential customers and participates in various professional and personal activities within the community.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Performs customer service-related duties such as answering telephone inquiries,&nbsp; &nbsp; closing accounts, ordering checks and ensuring appropriate levels of customer service.</li><li><!--block-->Ensures compliance of branch with bank policies and guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (if branch is open on weekends).</li><li><!--block-->Performs any other duties/projects as assigned.</li></ol><div><!--block-->&nbsp;</div><div><!--block--><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES</strong>:</div><ul><li><!--block-->Full knowledge of personal and business banking products offered, taking a personal initiative to stay updated on any changes.&nbsp; Basic knowledge of all banking regulations applicable to the job function and of all bank policies and procedures.</li><li><!--block-->Knowledge and expertise in all deposit account products and services, so that sufficient time and effort can be placed in the consumer credit underwriting and loan approval process.</li><li><!--block-->Knowledge and work experience that demonstrates effective abilities to supervise the department with special emphasis on sales and customer service practices and principles</li><li><!--block-->Skill in communicating with clients and co-workers in courteous and professional manner. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Skill in operating computer terminals and printers, back counter capture machine, coin machine and copier</li><li><!--block-->Skills in effectively listening to customers and making appropriate referrals</li><li><!--block-->Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.</li><li><!--block-->Ability to train employees.</li><li><!--block-->Ability to ensure that appropriate efficiency, accuracy, and customer service is provided to customers to ensure that the bank’s goals of meeting the customer's needs is being met.</li><li><!--block-->Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.</li><li><!--block-->Ability to function as a team player.</li></ul><div><!--block-->&nbsp;</div><div><!--block--><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong>:</div><ul><li><!--block-->High school graduate or equivalent. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Prefer 2 – 3 years related banking experience.</li></ul><div><!--block-->&nbsp;<strong><br>BENEFITS:&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Benefits for employees working at least 35 hours per week include 8 paid holidays;
