Working week will be between the following days and hours:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday - Sunday between 8am - 8pm</span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary band:</span> <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">£34,974 - £46,187</span></span>. Salary on appointment will normally be at the lower salary point, with progression subject to review - in line with VSS progression arrangements.  A higher salary placing will only be considered in exceptional circumstances subject to experience demonstrated.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary location: DL Building, 7 Scott Street, Motherwell, ML1 1PM.  </span> You will be expected to cover throughout <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LOCALITY/OFFICES</span>.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">You will be reporting directly to a Head of Service Delivery<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>and you will be responsible for a team of Co-ordinators who in turn manage groups of volunteers to deliver and evaluate the support to victims and witnesses, our service users, at local court and community-based services.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">You will be responsible for ensuring, within your services, that VSS’s organisational objectives are being implemented at a local level and have a role in business planning to ensure that all service users within your local area are aware of, and have access to, the support they need.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Additionally you will be responsible for all aspects of people management for staff in your area, ensuring that employees and volunteers are supported, knowledgeable and capable to deliver the support that meets service user’s needs.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">You will bring experience from a similar role and a commitment to your own professional development.
