This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and delivering high-quality customer service.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>This position is responsible for the day to day maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mail opening, document scanning and/or material handling equipment</li><li>Installing and setting up new equipment</li><li>Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues by working directly with customers and evaluating system performance</li><li>Keeping the customer informed as repairs are made and answer any question that may arise.</li><li>Interact with management as well as other personnel to analyze and correct any equipment performance issues.</li><li>Completing and submitting weekly online timecards, expense reports and field service reports</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree in Electronics and/or equivalent hands-on job experience.</li><li>Must have excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Possessing a driver’s license, insurance and a reliable vehicle.</li><li>Ability to lift at least 25 pounds independently.</li><li>Ability to maneuver a job site, including tight spaces in around our equipment.</li><li>Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for daily use.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>Physical/Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments</li><li>Frequent driving and travel throughout the workday</li><li>Ability to lift and move equipment parts</li><li>Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in tight spaces</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hourly Rate</strong></p><ul><li>$25-30/hr, depending on experience</li></ul>",
