As a live-in caregiver, you will reside in the client's home and be available to assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks. You will receive designated sleep and break time each day.</p><p><br><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p>•\tAssist with personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, toileting)</p><p>•\tProvide medication reminders and monitor health status</p><p>•\tPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed</p><p>•\tPerform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands</p><p>•\tProvide transportation to appointments and outings</p><p>•\tOffer companionship, conversation, and emotional support</p><p>•\tDocument care activities and report changes in client condition</p><p>•\tFollow the personalized care plan developed by our care team</p><p>•\tCommunicate regularly with our Care Coordinators and Director of Nursing</p><p><br><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><p>•\tGenuine compassion and patience for working with seniors or adults with disabilities</p><p>•\tAbility to live in the client's home on a full-time basis</p><p>•\tValid driver's license and reliable transportation</p><p>•\tAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screening</p><p>•\tEligible to work in the United States</p><p>•\tStrong communication and reliability</p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><p>•\tPrevious experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, or similar role</p><p>•\tCPR/First Aid certification</p><p>•\tExperience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or mobility limitations</p><p>•\tFamiliarity with care documentation apps or platforms</p><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>•\tCompetitive pay</p><p>•\tRoom and board provided (private room in client's home)</p><p>•\tPaid orientation and ongoing training</p><p>•\tSupportive team — our Care Coordinators and Director of Nursing are always a call away</p><p>•\tFlexible scheduling between live-in assignments</p><p>•\tRewarding work that makes a real difference every day</p><p>Schedule &amp; Living Arrangements</p><p>Live-in caregivers reside in the client's home during their assignment.
