This role plays a key part in supporting project teams and ensuring the financial success of our work. You will collaborate closely with <strong>Project Managers, Field Superintendents, and external partners</strong>, contributing to the full lifecycle of construction projects.</p><p>At WH Bass, you&rsquo;ll experience a workplace where your contributions matter&mdash;not only to your team, but to the success of the company you help own.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Set up new projects, including entering project data and budgets into accounting systems</li><li>Coordinate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders</li><li>Partner with subcontractors to collect compliance documentation (W-9s, certificates of insurance, etc.)</li><li>Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate financial records</li><li>Facilitate pay applications for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers</li><li>Assemble close-out packages and warranty documentation to successfully complete projects</li><li>Provide support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and team members as needed</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>About WH Bass</strong></h3><p>WH Bass, an <strong>AJC 2026 Top Workplace</strong>, is a full-service, employee-owned general contractor and construction management firm.
