Act as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">key player in knowledge transfer</span>, supporting onboarding of both new employees and new equipment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Enforcing Standards</span></p>\n<p>Follow and enforce SOPs, quality expectations, and production targets.
