    "description_html": "<p>Join our team as a <strong>Project Manager or Senior Project Manager</strong> within our Utilities (Water/Wastewater) practice area.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This is a primarily hybrid/remote role; however, candidates must be willing and able to commute to one of our North Carolina offices on a regular basis to support <strong>team collaboration, project execution, and client needs</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will develop, calibrate, and analyze hydraulic models for water distribution and wastewater collection systems while leading projects that support long-term infrastructure planning and system performance improvements. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and resiliency.</p><p><br></p><p>Candidates at the <strong>Project Manager level</strong> will lead hydraulic modeling tasks and manage project components, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery. Those at the <strong>Senior Project Manager level</strong> will take on broader leadership responsibilities, including managing complex projects, guiding technical teams, supporting business development efforts, and building strong client relationships.</p><p><br></p><p>This position requires strong technical proficiency in hydraulic modeling software, demonstrated project management experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and calibrate hydraulic models for water distribution and wastewater collection systems</li><li>Analyze hydraulic model results to evaluate system performance, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvement strategies</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate model data with broader infrastructure planning efforts</li><li>Support system evaluations for master plans, asset inventory assessments, capital improvement programs, and regulatory compliance initiatives</li><li>Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and presentations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients and regulatory agencies</li><li>Assist with proposal development, scope definition, budgeting, and client coordination for modeling-related projects</li><li>Manage tasks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple active projects while ensuring technical quality and timeliness</li><li>(Senior Project Manager level) Lead large or complex projects, oversee project teams, and mentor engineers and project staff</li><li>(Senior Project Manager level) Strengthen client relationships and support business development activities, including strategic pursuits and proposal leadership</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why WR?
