From team outings and catered lunches to ongoing internal education opportunities, we are committed to helping our team deepen their expertise and grow their careers at Small Giants.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you’re a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings thoughtful ideas to the table, and values collaboration and accountability, you’ll find a rewarding and long-term home with us.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Is this you? </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What this position entails</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Media Buying &amp; Strategic Placement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and grow our robust network of contacts with major trade and business publications, both within Arizona and across the country.</span></li>\n<li>Lead the solicitation of rate cards and negotiate terms for both print and digital media to maximize client ROI.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify and recommend advertising and sponsorship opportunities that position our clients as industry leaders and help them achieve their strategic objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Public Relations, Content &amp; Storytelling</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a writer for high-stakes content, including award submittals, website copy, and client blogs.</li>\n<li>Interview clients to extract \"pearls\" of information, crafting unique stories that capture the attention of target audiences and the press.</li>\n<li>Identify, research and connect clients to earned media, sponsorships, speaking engagements, panel opportunities and podcasts that align to their strategic objectives.</li>\n<li>Provide professional PR representation and support during client events and industry gatherings.</li>\n<li>Ensure a consistent, authoritative brand voice across the content you craft for our clients, including blog, social media, award submittals and website.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management &amp; Internal Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own timelines, scopes, and workflows for multiple accounts using Small Giants’ project management system (ClickUp).</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with designers, strategists, PR, and leadership to ensure flawless execution.</li>\n<li>Uphold the agency’s standard of responsiveness, accuracy, and reliability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Tracking &amp; Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs.</li>\n<li>Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to clients.</li>\n<li>Use data to refine strategy, improve performance, and inform future planning.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years’ experience (post graduation) in a public relations, media-buying or marketing agency role, ideally within a B2B marketing or agency environment.</li>\n<li>Industry experience working in or with commercial real estate, construction, professional services, or similarly complex B2B industries strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Strong strategic thinking paired with excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead meetings, and serve as a trusted advisor.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.<br></li>\n<li>Familiarity with ClickUp, Basecamp, WordPress, Hootsuite, Cision or similar platforms.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel across Small Giants offices and as needed to support collaboration and client initiatives.</li>\n<li>Available to work in-office Monday through Friday.</li>\n</ul>",
