About the Role We’re looking for a Divisional Sales Manager – Automotive to drive revenue growth within one of our key verticals. This role is responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team while implementing a disciplined, methodology-driven sales approach. You’ll own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall team performance—while partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader company objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to recruit top talent, coach to performance, and scale a sales function in a high-growth environment. Here at EyeQ, people matter. Responsibilities Design and execute a strategic sales plan that drives incremental revenue aligned to company goals Implement and coach a methodology-based selling approach across the team Recruit, hire, and develop a team of high-performing direct sales representatives Lead onboarding and training for new sales team members Own pipeline management and forecasting accuracy across your division Provide ongoing coaching (virtual and in-person) to improve individual and team performance Establish and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) Partner with cross-functional leaders to align sales efforts with broader business objectives Develop and deliver sales enablement resources, tools, and training for the team
