    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><strong>Position Purpose:</strong> Our Bakers will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the Bakery department.&nbsp;A Baker has a keen eye for Food Safety and Sanitation and will be able to help in production and merchandising while offering unmatched customer service.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>A Baker is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><i>A Baker’s responsibilities include:</i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mixing, weighing, proofing, baking, frying, decorating, finishing and merchandising quality bakery products using Bashas’ recipes.</li>\n <li>Loading and unloading the oven, knowing the proper temperatures and duration to bake all varieties of product,</li>\n <li>Scaling cakes and cupcakes, ice sweet rolls, breads and cookies, etc.</li>\n <li>Assisting in the ordering and receiving of bakery products and supplies.</li>\n <li>Controlling product inventory and out of stocks, shrink and supplies.</li>\n <li>Using scale printer machine, ensuring weights and pricing are correct.</li>\n <li>Understanding the importance and the monitoring of product pricing, signage, and placement as well as the use of product shelf tags and shelf signage.</li>\n <li>Keeping a clean, neat and orderly bench, production area, storage area, and walk-in coolers and freezers.</li>\n <li>Helping in the wrapping, boxing, weighing, slicing, finishing, and stocking bakery department products, rotating them as necessary to ensure quality and safety.</li>\n <li>Displaying goods following bakery department and/or merchandising guidelines.</li>\n <li>Helping decorators with personalization of cakes and icing of cakes, donuts, sweet rolls and etc.</li>\n <li>All other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><strong>Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation, paid weekly</li>\n <li>Retirement Benefits</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance for yourself and eligible dependents</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified courses</li>\n <li>Scholarship opportunities for continued education</li>\n <li>Store discount programs (10% off household groceries)</li>\n <li>Fun work environment where you have the opportunity to nourish your community&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><strong>Must be 18 years of age.
