    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Title:</span> Shipping and Inventory Associate</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to:</span> Materials Manager</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FT/PT :</span> FT</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Exempt -Non-Exempt </span>: Non-Exempt, hourly</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location </span>: On-site, Middleton Office</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p>The Level 3 Inventory and Distribution Specialist is the highest-level individual contributor role within the warehouse team. This position requires advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, MRP systems, and logistics coordination including both domestic and international freight. The Level 3 Associate operates with a high degree of independence and serves as a subject matter expert and resource for Level 1 and Level 2 associates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">MRP &amp; Inventory Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize and maintain the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system to manage inventory levels, reorder points, and material planning</li>\n<li>Process transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments within the MRP system accurately and in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits</li>\n<li>Generate and analyze MRP reports to support purchasing and production planning decisions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Freight &amp; Logistics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Book and coordinate domestic freight shipments including LTL, FTL, and parcel carriers</li>\n<li>Book and coordinate international freight shipments including ocean, air, and ground; manage documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading</li>\n<li>Communicate with freight brokers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery</li>\n<li>Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company shipping procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Warehouse Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pick, pack, and ship parts and materials accurately based on work orders, sales orders, and transfer requests</li>\n<li>Receive incoming shipments; inspect, verify, and document received goods against purchase orders and packing slips</li>\n<li>Put away parts and materials in designated warehouse locations following established procedures</li>\n<li>Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe working conditions</li>\n<li>Optimize warehouse layout and bin locations for efficiency and accuracy</li>\n<li>Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leadership &amp; Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a go-to resource and mentor for Level 1 and Level 2 warehouse associates</li>\n<li>Assist with training new team members on warehouse processes and MRP system usage</li>\n<li>Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to management</li>\n<li>Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relevant Knowledge and Skill requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including inventory management and shipping/receiving</li>\n<li>Demonstrated proficiency with MRP/ERP systems. NetSuite experience a plus.</li>\n<li>Experience booking shipments through LTL carrier websites and coordinating with freight brokers/forwarders for dedicated domestic and international shipments.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with warehouse management tools and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field</li>\n<li>Forklift certification</li>\n<li>Familiarity with lean warehouse principles or continuous improvement methodologies</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise</li>\n<li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift</li>\n<li>Ability to operate material handling equipment safely</li>\n<li>May require occasional overtime or flexible scheduling based on business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Leo Cancer Care </span></p>\n<p>Leo Cancer Care is helping make changes in Radiation Therapy by shifting to upright patient positioning, imaging and treatment.
