    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p>Sodexo is seeking an experienced <strong>Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager role at Altru Health System.</strong> This brand-new acute care facility is a stand-alone multi-specialty hospital, located in <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Forks</strong>, <strong>North Dakota</strong>. This position is open to new or experienced RD's with an interest in leadership. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>RD's have order writing privileges so they can practice at the top of their scope.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*** Relocation Assistance ***</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sign-On Bonus May be Available!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Remote 1-2 days/ per week and flexible schedule!</strong></p>\n<p>Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the clinical nutrition program within Altru Health System;</li>\n <li>Supervise a team of 4 Dietitians and 5 Diet Clerks, both inpatient and outpatient</li>\n <li>Provide direct patient care ~20% of the time</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the implementation and management of Sodexo’s meal service program and menu management system</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development</li>\n <li>Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. If you need assistance with the application process, please complete this form.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p>\n<p>Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p>For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:</p>\n<p>Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Credentials Requirement:</p>\n<p>Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
