Working collaboratively with the lead nurse and site safety team, you’ll provide first aid, health education, and preventive services to help workers stay safe, healthy, and engaged.</p><p>This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys hands-on, relationship-based work—someone who’s comfortable being visible on site, engaging with workers, and providing approachable, trusted care in an outdoor construction environment.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p><strong>First Aid & Onsite Safety</strong></p><ul><li><p>Assess and provide first aid for occupational injuries or illnesses with accurate documentation</p></li><li><p>Maintain first aid and clinic supplies in clean, organized condition</p></li><li><p>Coordinate emergency response with onsite EMTs or safety personnel</p></li><li><p>Document injuries, prepare reports, and assist with return-to-work assessments</p></li></ul><p><strong>Screenings & Immunizations</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide basic health screenings (BP, height, weight, BMI, body composition)</p></li><li><p>Perform specimen collections for drug and alcohol screenings, as applicable</p></li><li><p>Administer immunizations such as influenza vaccines</p></li></ul><p><strong>Health Promotion</strong></p><ul><li><p>Engage employees and leadership in health and wellness initiatives</p></li><li><p>Share educational resources and promote healthy lifestyle habits</p></li><li><p>Lead group activities such as stretch-and-flex programs or brief wellness sessions</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Active RN license</strong> (required)</p></li><li><p><strong>BLS or ACLS certification</strong> (required)</p></li><li><p>Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs onsite</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in occupational health, wellness, or construction environments</p></li><li><p>Venipuncture skills and/or Respiratory FIT testing experience</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications</p></li><li><p>PRN (as-needed) scheduling flexibility</p></li><li><p>All candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screen</p></li></ul><hr><p><strong>Join Ramp Health and help us bring meaningful, accessible healthcare to the workplace—one site at a time.</strong></p>",
