Our mission is simple: deliver unmatched precision, professionalism, and safety on every job, no matter the size or scope.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Valor Specialized Rigging, a division of Americrane Rentals, is seeking experienced Certified Riggers to support industrial, commercial, and construction lifting operations throughout the San Antonio and Austin markets. We are looking for safety-minded professionals who take pride in precision, teamwork, and executing complex lifts correctly the first time.</p>\n<p>If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have a strong safety culture mindset, we want you on our team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all rigging operations in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards</li>\n<li>Inspect rigging gear (slings, shackles, spreader bars, hardware) prior to use</li>\n<li>Collaborate with crane operators, supervisors, and lift directors</li>\n<li>Safely rig loads for hoisting and placement</li>\n<li>Follow lift plans and engineered rigging procedures when applicable</li>\n<li>Maintain clean and organized job sites</li>\n<li>Participate in safety meetings, tool box talks, and job briefings</li>\n<li>Recognize and report hazards and unsafe conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NCCCO, NCCER, or equivalent rigger certification (required)</span></li>\n<li>Minimum of 2+ years of rigging experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of load charts and rigging principles</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 or 30 preferred</li>\n<li>Must be physically capable of lifting, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Able to pass background check and drug screening</li>\n<li>Willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation</li>\n<li>Benefits package (Medical (100% covered for Team Partner), Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO)</li>\n<li>Safety-driven culture</li>\n<li>Advancement opportunities for lead riggers and supervisors</li>\n<li>Company-provided PPE and safety equipment</li>\n<li>Training and certification reimbursement (based on eligibility)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
