font-weight: bold\">Your Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support business development activities aligned with the firm’s strategic plan, including market research, opportunity tracking, and pursuit planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Help maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication, meeting coordination, and follow-up.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Track business development activities and outcomes in CRM or pursuit-tracking systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Contributes to and maintains firmwide branding strategies, and internal and external communications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Contributes to maintaining effective working relationships with clients, teaming partners, and vendors, and develops new relationships to uncover untapped opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provides proposal support to the Marketing Team.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">5-7 years of related experience in BD, proposal development, or related experience, preferably in the consulting and/or Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to travel to conferences and client meetings as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
