This continued recognition further affirms Baylor as a rewarding place to build a career.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We are Looking For</strong></p><p>The Assistant Director of Financial Services Communications role will support the mission of the university by leading overall strategy of financial services communication to students and families while maintaining compliance and excellent customer service. &nbsp;</p><p>A bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience are required. Six years of relevant experience is preferred.</p><p>Additional education or experience will be considered in lieu of one another.</p><p>Must be able to travel outside of the state of Texas.&nbsp;</p><p>A hybrid work arrangement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.</p><p><i><strong><u>Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.</u></strong></i></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as brand expert and divisional leader for all financial services communications, including One Stop, Student Accounts (billing), Financial Aid, and VA Education Benefits</li><li>Strategize and manage all communications to prospective and current students and parents via email, text, live chat, website, mail, app, presentations and other mediums as needed</li><li>Coordinate with university Compliance and leadership to ensure all financial services consumer information and regulatory compliance standards are achieved</li><li>Communicate important financial services communication policies and strategies with key campus partners to ensure the campus community is using consistent language</li><li>Act as main point of contact for financial aid operations team to ensure data is accurate for each audience</li><li>Review and verify data for support the processing of all financial aid communications and special projects</li><li>Regularly audit and strategize the timing and process of each specialized communication effort to provide the most timely and consistent messaging for targeted audiences</li><li>Partner with existing vendors and maintain excellent relationships to ensure execution is smooth and error-free</li><li>Lead financial services communications team and ensure that workload strategy is directly in line with the Strategic Enrollment Management plan set forth by university leadership</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission</li><li>Ability to comply with University policies</li><li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Can Expect</strong></p><p>As part of the Baylor family, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous time off, tuition remission, and outstanding automatic retirement contributions.
