We currently have an opportunity for a <strong>Operations Team Lead </strong>located at our facility in Huntersville, NC. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role: </strong></p>\n<p>The Operations Team Lead is responsible for directing and coordinating employees during assigned shifts, including packers and relief team members. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations by performing safety audits, quality checks, standard work audits, and production support. The Operations Team Lead plays a critical role in workforce coordination, process execution, and continuous improvement. </p> \n<strong>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</strong> \n<strong>Team Leadership</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct and coordinate packers and line technicians during assigned shifts.</li>\n <li>Coach, mentor, train, and motivate team members.</li>\n <li>Assist in training all new packers.</li>\n <li>Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.</li>\n <li>Complete weekly time and attendance for hourly employees.</li>\n <li>Ensure labor is scheduled in accordance with financial standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Safety & Quality</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform weekly safety observations and layered audits</li>\n <li>Conduct routine quality checks and standard work audits throughout the shift</li>\n <li>Coordinate quality rework during downtime and planned events</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Coordinate and lead monthly safety and quality training meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Operations & Process Management</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate line assignments for packers and line technicians</li>\n <li>Coordinate material set-up and material returns for packaging changeovers</li>\n <li>Coordinate changeover job packets with line technicians</li>\n <li>Conduct daily SAP downtime coding</li>\n <li>Assist on the production floor with production support and audits</li>\n <li>Performance & Continuous Improvement</li>\n <li>Monitor operational KPIs including productivity, quality, and downtime</li>\n <li>Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities</li>\n <li>Ensure smooth workflow and effective shift handovers</li>\n <li>Align daily operations with company goals and objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You will love it here if… </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>You put safety first, always</li>\n <li>You listen, learn, and evolve</li>\n <li>You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals</li>\n <li>You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity</li>\n <li>You are committed to improving our impact on local communities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>We need you to have: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>3+ years of manufacturing or warehouse team lead experience</li>\n <li>Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP or Oracle</li>\n <li>Experience with timekeeping systems such as SAP, ADP, or Kronos</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate at all organizational levels</li>\n <li>3–5+ years of experience in operations or a related field </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Icing on the cake: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior leadership experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>If you answer yes to the following…we want to meet you!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Intellectual Curiosity: Do you have an inquisitive nature?</li>\n <li>Problem Solving: Do you have a knack for tackling issues head-on? </li>\n <li>Entrepreneurship: Do you enjoy taking ownership of your work?</li>\n <li>Customer Centricity: Do you always act in the best interests of the customer, putting their needs first? </li>\n <li>Growth Mindset: Do you focus on progress rather than perfection?</li>\n <li>Continuous Improvement: Are you never satisfied with the status quo? </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Want to know more?
