This position combines leadership, training, operational oversight, and compliance management to prepare the factory team to meet the ramp to rate (R2R) in production over the next 5 years.<br><br><strong>This is a first shift position working a 9/80 work schedule.</strong><br><br>Summary of Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>Supervise and Lead Staff: Manage workshop facilitators, trainers, or team members, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure effective onboarding of new employees. &nbsp;<ul><li>Operational Readiness: Ensure that personnel, equipment, and processes are prepared for scheduled tasks, projects, or missions with minimal disruption.Training and Development: Manage readiness and training, assess skills gaps, and implement work-readiness or technical training solutions.</li><li>Program and Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects or workstreams, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.</li><li>Compliance and Safety: Maintain adherence to organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including documentation and reporting.</li><li>Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor hiring performance, evaluate outcomes, and provide progress reports to senior management or stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of readiness initiatives&nbsp;</li></ul>",
