This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Avenir Next LT Pro&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 107%;\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Avenir Next LT Pro&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 107%;\">Mitigate financial crimes risk through effective identification, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activity with a principle focus on digital assets in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and USA PATRIOT ACT.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Avenir Next LT Pro&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 107%;\">Make defensible and timely decisions to escalate or close initial investigations on client digital asset wallets and/or activities therein.&nbsp;</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Avenir Next LT Pro&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 107%;\">Conduct complex investigations covering fiat currency in BNY’s traditional products and services and digital assets (internal and external to the bank) across multiple blockchains (coins, tokens, tokenized RWA) involving potential money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes.
