    "description": "<p>LaRiviere Inc is looking for 4 experienced dump truck drivers for the Coeur d' Alene, Idaho / Spokane, Washington region. They play an essential role in construction, mining, and other industries that require the transportation of heavy materials.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 55, 72); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Their duties and responsibilities include:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Operating dump trucks to transport sand, gravel, dirt, or other loose materials to and from construction sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inspecting the truck before and after trips for safety including checking fluid levels, tires, lights, and brakes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Checking load contents for stability and safely securing them</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining logs of vehicle repair status, working hours, and distance travelled</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Following appropriate safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing tires, checking oil, and greasing the truck</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reporting any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs to the supervisor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicating effectively with dispatchers to provide progress reports and updates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adhering to all traffic and safety regulations</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience as a truck driver.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must pass drug and alcohol test.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to sit for long periods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deep knowledge of safety standards and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent hearing, eyesight and physical condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 55, 72); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47)\">LaRiviere, Inc.  is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
