At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Commissioning Project Manager is responsible for managing a team of commissioning agents and technicians to execute multiple commissioning projects concurrently. They are providing leadership and oversight to the commissioning team to ensure that the commissioning scope of work is executed in an efficient and accurate manner. They are frequently interacting with the owner, the owner's representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with clients, external resources, and internal team members to ensure that the client requirements have been accurately documented and communicated to all parties.</li>\n <li>Manage all incoming project information from clients, internal and external stakeholders; and distribute to commissioning agents and technicians to ensure that the commissioning scope or work is executed in an efficient and accurate manner.</li>\n <li>Develop and continuously track project talent resources and metrics to ensure that the project is delivered on time, and on budget.</li>\n <li>Establish and deliver a process for frequent tracking and reporting of project status and execution for communication to the client and to internal/external stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all communications originated from team members to client representatives, contractors, and outside consultants is properly documented and achieved.</li>\n <li>Develop and negotiate commissioning fee proposals for new commissioning projects, including labor hour's estimates.</li>\n <li>Manage resource utilization on multiple projects to ensure that project financial targets are met.</li>\n <li>Provide training and mentoring to commissioning agents and technicians</li>\n <li>Provide input to the director for development and maintenance of commissioning standards and processes.</li>\n <li>Interact directly with owners and clients to manage expectations</li>\n <li>Assist the Director in development and marketing of new opportunities, including participation in new project interviews and pursuing new opportunities with current clients.</li>\n <li>Develops and writes the owner's project requirements.</li>\n <li>Leads the commissioning design review process.</li>\n <li>Reviews the commissioning specifications and plan.</li>\n <li>Reviews the development of functional tests for the project to ensure accuracy.</li>\n <li>Participates in the execution of functional testing as required to assist the Commissioning Agent with problem solving.</li>\n <li>Attends project commissioning meetings as required to assist the Commissioning Agent.</li>\n <li>Schedules and coordinates commissioning activities with multiple parties</li>\n <li>Participates in owner training with the Commissioning Agent.</li>\n <li>Supervises the work of Commissioning Agents and Technicians.</li>\n <li>Upholds BTME's owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.</li>\n <li>A minimum of 10 years of commissioning or related experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, or building operation management experience.</li>\n <li>Commissioning Certification (e.g. NEBB, ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE, etc.)</li>\n <li>Able to interact with the owner, contractor and design team in a professional manner.</li>\n <li>Proficient in using software to accomplish work tasks such as Microsoft Word, Excel and online commissioning software such as CxAlloy.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Engineering Intern (EI) or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>25-40% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $76,860.00 - USD $102,620.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
