If you possess executive presence and confidence in your ability then now is the time to join our team and become a part of something big.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A DAY IN THE LIFE</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role, you will…</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>·        Respond to audit and non-compliance issues in a timely and consistent manner</p>\n<p>·        Support daily interaction with our clients and maintain close relationships to ensure complete client satisfaction</p>\n<p>·        Ensure work activities achieve the volume expected and meet quality requirements daily</p>\n<p>·        Monitor performance of staff members according to established standards and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>WHO YOU ARE</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You possess …</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>·        Previous leadership experience</p>\n<p>·        A desire to train and motivate your team - you will lead by example</p>\n<p>·        The understanding the needs of your team members, adapt and adjust to meet those needs</p>\n<p>·        The ability to build rapport with your team, stay involved with your team and help them meet their goals</p>\n<p>·        The ability to create processes to help your team meet their goals, in turn you then meet your goals</p>\n<p>·        Experience with governmental regulations, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD</p>\n<p>·        The ability to oversee all processes</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·        Manage a team of employees responsible for a specific function including but not limited to First Time Vacant Review, REO, Bid Processing, Asset Registration and Conveyance Coordination </p>\n<p>·        Respond to audit and non-compliance issues as discovered</p>\n<p>·        Develop and maintain client relationships</p>\n<p>·        Maintain strong focus on trending, QC/QA and reporting</p>\n<p>·        Maintain both quality and productivity goals on a daily basis</p>\n<p>·        Handle interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary needs of staff</p>\n<p>·        Handle incoming phone calls as needed</p>\n<p>·        Perform all other duties as assigned </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·        High School Diploma or equivalent preferred – Bachelor’s Degree preferred</p>\n<p>·        Previous leadership experience</p>\n<p>·        Strong verbal and written communication skills required</p>\n<p>·        Ability to excel in a high-impact position within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment  </p>\n<p>·        Must be proficient in Microsoft software products</p>\n<p>·        Previous experience with property management, construction, and property insurance a plus</p>\n<p>·        Experience in working with P&L preferred</p>\n<p>·        Basic understanding of local laws and ordinances regarding property condition is ideal</p>\n<p>·        Previous mortgage servicing and/or property preservation experience preferred</p>\n<p>·        Experience with government regulations, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD</p>\n<p>·        Special training will include client guidelines and business rules, user review guide, classroom training, system training and side by side training</p>\n<p> </p>",
