This role ensures seamless transitions of care, supports patient and family education, and upholds the highest standards of safety and compassion in every interaction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Admit and discharge patients entering from community settings and coordinate intrahospital transfers.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete documentation related to admission and discharge assessments and initial treatment plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist units with patient arrivals, departures, therapeutic passes, and hospital discharges.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide nursing care as needed, including medication administration, patient monitoring, and crisis response support.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in treatment team meetings and patient/family education.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient, and therapeutic care.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and the Montana Nurse Practice Act.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></h3><p>The ideal candidate is a <strong>compassionate, adaptable RN</strong> with strong clinical and organizational skills.
