    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>HealthPartners is expanding our Finance Department and is seeking a </span><span>Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. </span><span>The Director will be responsible for providing financial support, analysis and guidance to achieve financial goals for Health Plan Pharmacy Division.&nbsp; This includes long-range financial planning, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, analysis of strategic investments, financial oversight of pharmacy benefit manager contracts and pharmacy rebates.&nbsp; The Director will partner with Pharmacy and health plan leadership on strategies to achieve financial goals</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p><span><b>Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:</b></span></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.</span></li>\n   <li><span>10+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting.</span></li>\n  </ul>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li><span><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis and accounting principles and practices.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Strong experience in forecasting and budgeting</span></li>\n   <li><span>Experience managing exempt employees.&nbsp;</span></li>\n   <li><span>Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities</span></li>\n   <li><span>Advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Must possess strong consultative, problem solving and teamwork skills.</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><b>Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:</b></span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>MBA</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span><b>Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:</b></span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>CPA, CMA</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Oracle experience</span></li>\n   <li>\n    <p><span>Health Plan Pharmacy experience</span></p>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;</span><span><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:&nbsp;</b></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p>(85%) -&nbsp;Provide Financial guidance and support to Pharmacy Division including:&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Pharmacy Division. Partner with leaders to review key assumptions, complete needed financial analyses, identify and communicate issues that may affect financial performance, and develop corrective action plans to support financial goals as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Development of complex financial models and dashboards to evaluate opportunities for growth and performance</li>\n <li>Oversight of pharmacy benefit manager contracts and performance</li>\n <li>Forecasting of pharmacy trends, including understanding changes in formulary</li>\n <li>Forecasting and monitoring of pharmacy rebates</li>\n <li>Partners with pharmacy leadership team to drive strategies to manage pharmacy spend across all lines of business</li>\n <li>Keeping up to date around regulatory changes impacting pharmacy</li>\n <li>Partner in development and oversight of pharmacy guarantees</li>\n <li>ROI analysis on strategic investments and pharmacy programs</li>\n</ol>\n<p>(5%) Other Ad-hoc Financial Support</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Lead other ad-hoc financial analysis as needed&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p>(10%) Management of Staff including the following:</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Supervises 1-2 financial analysts&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Carries out supervisory responsibilities including having the authority to hire, transfer, lay off, promote, discipline and discharge, train, reward and conduct performance reviews of direct reports.&nbsp; Ensures compliance to organizational and departmental policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Provides coaching to team members for career growth and performance optimization.</li>\n</ol>",
