    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pegasus Recovery Solutions is actively hiring for Day and Night LPR Drivers.<br><br></span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">At Pegasus Recovery, our LPR team helps build viable date for current and future assignments. <br><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to going above and beyond and take pride in the work that they do.</span></em></span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What is an LPR Driver?</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">LPR stands for License Plate Recognition. Our drivers are assigned a company vehicle, equipped with 4 cameras; each facing at different angles.  The camera’s scan for license plates of vehicles currently in the repossession database and drivers will be alerted when a possible repossession has been detected. </span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We will have assigned areas for each driver, which requires you do drive down every street, in that assigned area; until completed and you move to your next area. </span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Building data is the heart and soul of this position;</span></em></span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The recoveries you find are the cherry on top!</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><em><br></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">A Day in the life of an LPR Driver</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Arrive to the lot on time, well rested, in comfortable attire and prepared for your shift. </span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Completed your inspection of the assigned vehicle and plan your route. (Setting a goal for yourself on how much area you want to cover, how many plates you plan to scan, etc.) </span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Head out to complete your shift!</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Arrive back to the lot about 15 minutes before shift end, wipe down your vehicle, clean out any trash and complete your post inspection.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Are you the candidates we’re looking for?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      A person who prides themselves on punctuation. <br></span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      Attendance is the key to success.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      The ability for drive for extended periods of time<br>      Small breaks are allowed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      Can work with little to no supervision, stay on task, and take safety as a priority.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      Have a valid driver’s license with 3 years of clean driving record.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">       Free of license suspensions and/or major infractions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      24 years or older (for insurance purposes)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      Pass a background check and drug screen</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      Tech savvy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">      General familiarity of car makes and models</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Schedules:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Day Shift: 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday </span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Night Shift: 7:00pm to 5:00am Sunday through Thursday </span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">50 hours per week</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">$14 per hour for the first 40 hours. </span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">$21 per overtime hour (10 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mandatory</span> OT hours per week)</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">As long as all 50 hours have been worked you can expect $1,540 every two weeks.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We do offer a commission for each secured vehicle that you locate, details will be discussed upon interview.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We look forward to receiving your application and excited for you to be a part of growth and success!</span></em></span></p>",
