          "text": "<ul><li>A graduated Technician or Technologist with educational focus in Architectural and Building Technologies (experience in Civil, Mechanical and Structural disciplines is an asset).</li><li>Experience using Bluebeam, Adobe, AutoCAD LT, Sketchup, Excel, Word, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of Parts 3 and/or 9 of the Building Code.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret building design drawings (drafting skills are an asset).</li><li>Team oriented and able to work individually.</li><li>Hold a valid BC Driver’s License.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Physical and Mental Job Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Must be able to commute and&#xa0;work in person&#xa0;on a hybrid schedule in our Vancouver office.</li><li>Must be able to travel to different regions within the British Colombia, and across Canada.</li></ul>",
