The successful candidate can apply &nbsp;strong Foreign Military Sales (FMS) expertise to adapt U.S. system designs for international applications, identifying opportunities to leverage existing solutions while aligning with partner nation requirements. Interpreted and refined often ambiguous international requirements, translating them into clear engineering direction that balanced cost, capability, and compliance within program constraints.
