You play a key role in maintaining efficient back-of-house operations and contributing to a seamless customer experience.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Support an exceptional shopping experience</strong> by ensuring product is organized, accessible, and visually aligned with brand standards.</li><li><strong>Process merchandise deliveries</strong>, including receiving, sorting, transferring, and preparing product for the sales floor according to company procedures.</li><li><strong>Assist with visual presentation</strong>, including floor moves, product placement, signage, and housekeeping duties.</li><li><strong>Execute visual setup and changes </strong>as directed to maintain a cohesive and appealing store environment.</li><li><strong>Demonstrate product knowledge</strong>, visual presentation awareness, and an understanding of merchandise flow and sell-through.</li><li><strong>Deliver exceptional customer service</strong> by responding to inquiries promptly and sharing feedback that helps enhance the overall shopping experience.</li></ul>",
