We are seeking a high-performing sales leader to serve as our VP of Sales. This individual will be responsible for building, leading, and executing the sales strategy for our Home Services vertical. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this leader will partner closely with leaders across the business to define and execute go-to-market initiatives and scale a world-class sales organization. This role is required to be in office 5 days per week in our Lehi HQ. What you will be doing: Own and execute the sales strategy that will transform the Home Services industry with AI agents. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including leaders and individual contributors. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform our broader strategy to win the Home Services vertical Attract and retain top sales talent. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship in strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution. Partner with the cross-functional leaders to define and implement a winning go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth goals. Guide key strategic deals and lead complex negotiations. Develop, track, and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics. Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting at the rep and team level. What you should have: SaaS sales experience required. Strong background in SMB outbound sales. 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including experience “leading leaders.” A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals. Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams and organizations. Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and sales plans. Experience with Home Services vertical is a plus. Proven ability to train and develop talent. Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decision-making and forecasting. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
