All of our products are backed by complete technical support that ensures quality, reliability, and value.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are seeking an <strong>Infrastructure &amp; Cybersecurity Manager</strong> who will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Americhem&rsquo;s global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environment. This role will oversee both on-premise and cloud-based systems while ensuring a strong security posture across the organization.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">An experienced, strategic, and hands-on leader with the ability to manage complex environments, lead teams, and drive technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence is critical to success in this role.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee global infrastructure including network, servers, cloud platforms (Azure), endpoints, and collaboration systems&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and resilience of all IT systems&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead cloud strategy, including hybrid architecture, governance, and cost optimization&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including testing and documentation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain cybersecurity programs, policies, and standards to protect company systems and data&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead vulnerability management, risk assessments, penetration testing, and remediation efforts&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee endpoint security, network security, identity management, and monitoring solutions&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Direct incident response activities and lead root cause analysis&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry security requirements&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide leadership and direction to infrastructure improvement using ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change, and asset management)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Azure, Security+, ITIL) preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;5 years of leadership or supervisory experience&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premise and Azure cloud)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs, including risk management and incident response&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience
