The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality, school-based occupational therapy services to support students’ access to instruction, participation in the school environment, and progress toward individualized goals. This role provides both direct and indirect services to students and collaborates closely with families, school teams, and network support staff to ensure students, particularly students with disabilities, receive appropriate and compliant support.</p>\n</div>"

data-end=\"1121\">Provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to students across Rocketship school sites.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fl44ga\" data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1281\">Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy support aligned to students’ Individualized Education Programs, 504 Plans, and identified educational needs.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v0a05v\" data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1414\">Support students with sensory, motor, adaptive, self-regulation, and functional participation needs within the school environment.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"if561j\" data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1533\">Assist with the implementation of occupational therapy recommendations, accommodations, modifications, and supports.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mgkzqf\" data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1646\">Monitor student progress and adjust services and recommendations based on student needs, data, and team input.</li>\n\n<h4 data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1685\">Evaluations, IEPs, and 504 Plans</h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"2481\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1dqao2j\" data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1820\">Lead specialized evaluations related to sensory-motor development, functional school participation, and occupational therapy needs.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ie9rqr\" data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1938\">Prepare clear, thorough, and compliant assessment reports in accordance with applicable timelines and requirements.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zx4wph\" data-start=\"1939\" data-end=\"2043\">Develop educationally relevant IEP goals, objectives, service recommendations, and intervention plans.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1hhxmc6\" data-start=\"2044\" data-end=\"2204\">Attend and participate in IEP meetings to present evaluation findings, present levels of performance, student progress, and recommended services and supports.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1svaiuk\" data-start=\"2205\" data-end=\"2351\">Attend and participate in 504 meetings, as appropriate, to share evaluation findings, student needs, and recommended accommodations or supports.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1iw9xuq\" data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2481\">Collaborate with IEP and 504 teams to help finalize student plans that are appropriate, compliant, and driven by student needs.</li>\n\n<h4 data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2518\">Collaboration and Consultation</h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"3382\">\n<li data-section-id=\"hvxhav\" data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"2652\">Partner with teachers, school leaders, families, and related service providers to support inclusive practices and student success.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qusuiu\" data-start=\"2653\" data-end=\"2789\">Provide consultation and guidance to administrators, teachers, and parents regarding general education and special education supports.</li>\n<li
