          "text": "<p>Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Technician who enjoys diagnosing electrical problems and keeping manufacturing equipment running?</p><p>Avery Dennison is seeking a hands-on electrical maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing environment.</p><p>This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting and repair.&#xa0;Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys diving into the \"why\" behind a machine failure? As a Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility. We are looking for a technician who doesn’t just replace parts but uses deep diagnostic skills to ensure long-term reliability.</p><p><strong>Shift: </strong>Straight 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM) — enjoy your weekends; plus a $2.00/hr 2nd shift differential.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Expert Troubleshooting: </strong>Locate and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using meters, detailed prints, and schematics.</p></li><li><p><strong>Electrical Mastery: </strong>Repair and maintain high-voltage systems (<strong>480V</strong>), motors, switches, and automated controls.</p></li><li><p><strong>PLC Diagnostic: </strong>Use PLC experience to identify issues and restore production (programming not required; ladder logic knowledge is a plus).</p></li><li><p><strong>Preventative Maintenance: </strong>Execute planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.</p></li><li><p><strong>Safe Operations: </strong>Perform complex wiring and repairs in compliance with Arc Flash safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaboration: </strong>Partner with engineers and production teams to suggest improvements and reduce downtime.</p></li></ul>",
