On-the-job training will be provided for all new employees.&nbsp;<br />\r\n<br />\r\n<b><span style=\"line-height:107%;\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></b><br />\r\nPerform a variety of sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure chemical and physical properties in a variety of matrices: air, dust, food, soil, solid, and/or water<br />\r\nOperate and maintain basic analytical equipment and instruments<br />\r\nAble to perform basic chemistry tasks such as pipetting, volumetric measurements and the utilization of analytical balances<br />\r\nPerform basic calculations and conversions, and compile the data obtained<br />\r\nBe comfortable in a laboratory setting involving the handling of common laboratory reagents, such as acids, bases, and organic solvents<br />\r\nPerform all chemical handling safely following laboratory procedures<br />\r\nUnderstand and adhere to standard operating procedures and quality control procedures established for each analytical method</span></span></p>\r\n",
