The perfect candidate will be customer service driven and be flexible working various tasks from day to day.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist and support the Deli manager with all departmental functions.</li><li>Assist in the interviewing, training, development. Establish and maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Follow department procedures to maintain supplies.</li><li>Know product availability, preparation, storage and nutritional aspects.</li><li>Ensure Chef/Cook are following up to date and accurate recipes.</li><li>Manage inventory and pricing, including signage, to achieve required margin and labor targets.
