    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Position Title:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">                  <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Engineer Intern</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prepared Date:                 </span>March 2019<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department Name:         </span>Operations<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to:                        </span>Project Manager, Senior Project Manager<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Status:                                <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Non-Ex</span></span>empt, Full Time<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:             </span>              San Diego, CA</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Position Purpose<br></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The Project Engineer Intern supports field operations by managing contract documents and trades for a designated construction project to ensure control over everyday operations for a limited period of time.<br></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Research, write, submit, track, distribute RFIs</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Document control/drawing maintenance</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Distribution of drawings revisions and trade notifications</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Create submittal register</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Create, compile, track, and distribute submittals</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Develop and distribute weekly trade coordination meeting minutes</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Issue miscellaneous correspondence</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Buyout minor trades</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Receive safety training</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Compile project closeout documents</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Coordinate punch list item tracking and acceptance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Other Job Functions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Perform other related tasks as assigned, some of which may become essential to the position</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Adhere to all company and departmental safety policies including use of personal protective equipment when necessary<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
