This role involves collaborating with surveyors and engineers to develop and revise designs, ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations. This position is based in our Woodbury, Long Island (Nassau County) location.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prepare survey drawings including, but not limited to Boundary, Right of Way, Topographic and As-Built Surveys.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">2D/3D Drafting</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform research for utility records, survey maps and property deeds.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assisting project managers on an as needed basis and working on multiple projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
